To Whom It May Concern, POSITION: I think dogs wearing nappies in Open Spaces is a bad idea. I don't support your decision and making dog owners put nappies on their dogs at the start of August. REASON 1 & WHY: Firstly dog owners have proven themselves irresponsible they are not picking up their dogs poop when they are outside their homes. REASON 2 & WHY: I think Dogs wearing nappies are cruel because they can’t Communicate because they Normally Sniff each other's Bottom So they get to know each other So they don't fight. REASON 3 & WHY: I don't think it's a good Idea to have nappies on a dog because it can lead to a rashes on their Bottoms and it will hurt, when you think about wearing nappies it's fine because you are probably thinking of when you was a baby.
